The Registrar is responsible for the development of the master schedule of courses for each semester, the enrollment of cadets in classes and the generation of all academic reports that relate to section lists, cadet schedules, room schedules and grades. The Registrar is also responsible for the compilation, evaluation, safe retention, and appropriate use of cadet academic records, the preparation and issuance of transcripts and certification of selected data from the records.  For more information, call 860-444-8214.

Additional responsibilities of the Registrar are to publish a hard copy of the catalog and to maintain an electronic version that is accessible via the Internet. The catalog lists the courses of study offered for that academic year and each course's description, credit value, format and projected offering. The catalog also includes the appropriate policies, procedures and other information deemed appropriate by the Dean and the Registrar.
