Air
Groton-New London Airport is approximately six miles from the Academy.

  • Allegheny Commuter, part of USAir, provides ground transportation service to New London.
  • Taxi fare is about $10 each way.

Providence, R.I./T.F. Green Airport is approximately 50 miles from the Academy.

  • Livery Limited offers sedan service for a fee, call (860) 599-8840.
  • Amtrak train information is available by calling 1-800-USA-RAIL or visiting www.amtrak.com. You'll need to take a taxi or shuttle service to the train station from the airport.

Hartford, Conn.-Springfield, Mass./Bradley International Airport is approximately 63 miles from the Academy.

New London's bus and train station is approximately two miles from the Academy. Taxi fare is about $5 each way.

Ferry
The Orient Point Ferry Terminal is approximately two miles from the Academy. Service between Orient Point on Long Island and New London is available year round. Taxi fare is about $5 each way.

Car
The Academy is just off Interstate 95. Travel time is approximately 2 ½ hours from New York City or Boston.
